The app licence

Sobremesa uses Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement for apps distributed through the App Store. You can read the applicable agreement on Apple’s website:

This page explains where to find the licence and gives practical information about Sobremesa. It does not replace Apple’s Standard EULA or create a custom EULA.

Who provides Sobremesa

Sobremesa is operated by Jannik Jung, trading as jung.dev – Software Solutions & Consulting, Hauptstraße 92, 69469 Weinheim, Germany. Full contact details are in the imprint.

Credits and purchases

Sobremesa offers credit packs through Apple’s in-app purchase system. There is no subscription. Credits are used for companion requests; saving places, writing traces and browsing journeys are free. The purchase sheet shows the price in your App Store region before you confirm a purchase.

Credits do not expire. The app shows your available balance. Questions about a balance or a purchase can be sent to hello@sobremesa.cc. Refund requests for purchases made through Apple are handled through Apple’s purchase support process, subject to applicable consumer rights.

Suggestions while travelling

The companion can help you think through a trip and find places. Its responses, including information gathered from other services, can be incomplete or out of date. Check opening hours, bookings, entry requirements and safety information with the relevant provider or authority before relying on them. Sobremesa is not an emergency service.

Your data

Our privacy notice describes how the website and app process personal data. You can delete your Sobremesa account from the account menu in the app. For access, correction, portability or other privacy requests, contact web@jung.dev.
